This is a very nice 37.41+/- acre hunting tract (formerly 43.11 acres – 5.7 acres sold) complete with an old house that could be converted in to a useable hunting camp with just a little work. The tract is located in the very desirable McCall Creek area of Franklin County south of the store, post office and old sawmill on U. S. Highway 84.
